1. Welcome & Overview

InterviewAce is a practice platform designed to help you prepare for job interviews through AI-driven mock sessions and coaching feedback. By using InterviewAce you agree to these Terms of Service. InterviewAce is a practice tool only — it does not provide professional career advice, and use of the platform does not constitute a guarantee of any employment outcome.

2. Use of the Platform

InterviewAce is intended solely for personal interview practice. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. InterviewAce makes no guarantee that practicing on the platform will result in any specific employment outcome.

3. Data & Privacy

How we collect, use and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your recordings, transcripts or coaching data.

What we store. InterviewAce does not store your audio. A recording is sent for transcription and is never written to our database or file storage. Your transcripts, scores and coaching are kept in your account so you can review your progress, and you may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting support. What each provider does with what we send it is governed by that provider’s own terms.

4. AI-Generated Feedback

All scores, feedback, and suggested answers produced by InterviewAce are generated by artificial intelligence. They are intended as practice guidance only and should not be treated as professional career advice. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We encourage you to use the feedback as one input alongside your own judgment and other resources.

5. Billing

Free Sample

Each account may receive one free sample: a single practice session of three questions. The sample does not expire and no payment details are required for it. It is used when you submit your first answer in a session — creating a session, viewing a question, or leaving before answering does not use it. One sample is available per account.

One-Time Purchases

InterviewAce sells one-time purchases only. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

Job Hunt Pass — $19.99, paid once. Includes 10 practice sessions of up to 5 interview questions each. Sessions must be used within 90 days of the date of purchase; after that they can no longer start a new interview. Your past sessions, answers and feedback remain available to you after that date.

Extra Practice — $9.99, paid once. Adds 5 further practice sessions of up to 5 questions each, available to accounts that have purchased a Job Hunt Pass. Each purchase carries its own 90-day period measured from its own purchase date; it neither extends nor shortens any period you already hold.

What uses a session. A session is used when you submit at least one answer in an interview. Each question may be redone once; that redo does not use an additional session, and further redos of the same question are not available. Replaying audio and playing optional narration do not use additional sessions. Ending an interview early still uses the session. Viewing your past results uses nothing.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are at our discretion; a refund removes any sessions you have not yet used and does not remove sessions you have already practised or the feedback from them.

One Account, One Person

Your account is for your own personal use. You may not share your login credentials with anyone, allow another person to use your account, or sell, transfer or make your account available to others. Practice sessions are tied to the account that purchased them and cannot be transferred. We may suspend or close accounts where credentials appear to be shared, and we apply reasonable limits on how many interviews a single account may begin in a day.

6. Limitation of Liability

InterviewAce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any hiring decisions made by employers, for any employment outcomes (positive or negative), or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
