Built by a manufacturing engineer who interviewed his way off the shop floor.

You know the moment.

The interviewer asks the question. The answer is in there somewhere. You start talking before you've found it.

Halfway through, you're watching their face. You skip the part that mattered. You end on something vague. Then you get in the car, and two miles later the right answer shows up, complete.

You didn't suddenly forget how to do your job. You had to turn years of experience into a clear answer on the spot.

That's what you practice here: say it out loud, get one thing to improve, and try it again.

The best person in the room doesn't always get the job. The best communicator does.

The retry is where it happens.

Don't memorize someone else's perfect answer. Practice saying your own.

  1. Answer out loud.Ace asks a real interview question for your role. You answer the way you would in the room.

  2. Get one note. Not a wall of feedback. What worked, and the one thing holding the answer back.

  3. Say it again.Same question, with that one note in mind.

  4. See the difference.Your two answers side by side, with an honest verdict.

Ace won't tell you every retry was better. If your second answer got worse, you'll know that too. So when Ace says you improved, it means something.

Do that a few times on the questions you dread, and you stop hoping they don't ask.

Hear what changes on the second try.

Example

"Tell me about a time you solved a difficult problem."

YOUR FIRST ANSWER

"We had a problem with the line, and I worked with maintenance and eventually figured out the sensor was bad…"

ACE NOTICED

"You explained the problem, but not what you personally did to diagnose it. Add the step that shows your reasoning."

YOUR RETRY

"The line kept stopping intermittently, so I pulled the fault history and saw the same sensor dropping out right before every stop…"

WHAT CHANGED

Your troubleshooting process is now visible.

Meet Ace, your interview coach.

Ace is AI, built for one job: helping you say what you know in an interview. It doesn't grade you at the end and walk away. It coaches you on each answer while it's fresh.

  • Your job, not a generic one. Paste the job description or upload your resume, and the questions follow them.(Job Hunt Pass)

Why I built this

I spent 25 years in manufacturing and worked my way from the shop floor into engineering. Every step meant convincing someone in an interview that I could handle the next job.

I learned something along the way: being able to do the work and being able to explain your value in an interview are two different skills.

InterviewAce exists to practice the second one. You say your answer out loud, get told the one thing to fix, and say it again.

Questions people ask

Isn't this just ChatGPT?

You can practice interviews with a general AI. InterviewAce is built only for interview coaching: answer out loud, get one focused coaching note, retry the same question, compare the two answers, and keep a history of your practice. The goal isn't to write the answer for you. It's to make you better at giving it.

What if I'm really bad at interviews?

That's a good reason to practice, not a reason to wait. Ace gives you one thing to work on at a time, then lets you try the same question again. You don't have to be good at this before you start.

Does the free sample expire?

No. It's there whenever you're ready.

Is there a subscription?

No. The Job Hunt Pass is one payment of $19.99 for 90 days. Nothing renews.

Will it work for my job?

Pick your role and level, and the questions follow. With the Job Hunt Pass you can paste the actual job description or upload your resume.

What happens to my answers?

We use them only to coach you and show you your progress. See our Privacy Policy.

"Ask me. I've practiced this."

That's how you want to feel when they ask the hard one. It starts with one question, answered out loud.
