About Patrick
Patrick Folker is the founder of InterviewAce. He spent 25 years on the factory floor programming CNC machines and robotic systems, working his way from the shop floor to setup, project manager, machining supervisor and manufacturing engineer, and later earned a degree in Automation Systems Technology from Waukesha County Technical College. Drawing on years of running departments, managing technical projects, interviewing, and hiring, he created InterviewAce to help qualified candidates communicate their experience clearly under interview pressure.
